What is a window sticker?

A window sticker — officially the "Monroney label" — is the printed sheet the factory attaches to the window of every new vehicle. It has been federally required on new cars in the United States since the Monroney Act of 1958, and decades later it remains the single most authoritative summary of how a particular vehicle left the assembly line.

My 2024 Chrysler Pacifica has 2JP: “Customer Preferred Package 2Jp. This code identifies a factory option package or special-edition equipment group” I am curious how this option has held up for other owners and whether it has caused any reliability, service, or parts-availability issues.

For a retrofit, check the modules, wiring connectors, software configuration, and compatible part numbers first. Installing the visible component alone may not make the feature operational.
