Cadillac Window Sticker by VIN

To get a Cadillac window sticker, enter the 17-character VIN in the lookup. If an original sticker is available for that VIN, it opens as a PDF showing the trim, the standard equipment, the factory options and packages installed on that vehicle with their suggested retail prices, the destination charge and the total MSRP, plus the EPA and safety sections on recent models. If no sticker is available, the lookup shows the Cadillac's RPO build sheet, its factory codes with descriptions but no prices, when that record exists. Some VINs return neither. On a luxury vehicle, where much of the value sits in packages and options, the original sticker is the clearest record of what was ordered on that vehicle and its suggested price when new.

What a Cadillac sticker shows that a trim name doesn't

Since around the 2020 model year, most Cadillac models have been offered in Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sport trims. The Escalade adds Platinum versions at the top, and performance models wear V-Series badges, with Blackwing versions at the top of the CT4-V and CT5-V lines. The trim sets the standard equipment, but much of what buyers associate with a Cadillac sits in packages and stand-alone options layered on top. Two XT5s with the same trim badge can be equipped very differently.

The sticker settles it. Standard equipment for the trim is listed separately from the options and packages ordered on that specific vehicle, and each option carries its suggested retail price. Some paint colors are extra-cost options as well, so the exterior color can show up as a priced line.

Luxury equipment to check on the sticker

  • Driver assistance: Super Cruise, GM's driver-assistance system for compatible roads, along with adaptive cruise control and related camera and sensor features. Availability differs by model, trim and year: standard on some versions, an option or part of a package on others.
  • Suspension: Magnetic Ride Control on some models and trims, and air suspension on certain Escalade versions.
  • Seating and interior: heated, ventilated and massaging seats, leather grades and interior color combinations.
  • Displays and audio: head-up display, the large curved display on the current-generation Escalade, and premium audio systems that differ by model.
  • Rear-seat and convenience features: rear-seat entertainment on the Escalade, Night Vision on some models, and power-folding seats.
  • Wheels and paint: wheel upgrades and extra-cost colors.

How the same equipment reads on an RPO build sheet

If the lookup returns an RPO build sheet instead, equipment appears as codes with descriptions and no prices. A few entries as the site's RPO code navigator lists them:

CodeNavigator description
4SRHead-Up Display
1HPControl Seat Power Lumbar Massage
0R0Seat, ventilated passenger
I01Seats, ventilated second row
N6MCadillac user experience with embedded navigation, AM/FM stereo with connected navigation providing real-time traffic, 10.2" diagonal color information display
I7WLPO accessory: Puddle lamps, Cadillac crest

Code meanings vary by model and year, and an RPO list carries no option prices.

Reading the retail details

The price section works the same way as on any GM label: the base MSRP for the trim, each option and package with its price, the destination charge, and the total suggested retail price. On a luxury vehicle the options subtotal can be a large share of the total, which makes it a practical way to compare two used examples of the same model and trim. These are suggested prices from when the vehicle was new. They don't reflect what the first buyer negotiated, any dealer add-ons listed on a separate addendum, or today's market value. For a section-by-section walkthrough, see how to read a window sticker.

Electric Cadillacs show MPGe and driving range in the EPA section instead of mpg. The parts-content section names the final assembly point, which should match the plant code in the VIN.

Looking up a Cadillac by VIN

The VIN is on a plate at the base of the windshield on the driver's side, on the certification label in the driver's door jamb, and on the registration, title and insurance card. These are the same spots used across GM brands, covered in more detail in find your VIN. Enter it in the window sticker lookup: the basic vehicle identity appears first, followed by the original sticker if one is available or, if not, the RPO build sheet when that record exists. Full-report pricing and terms are listed on the Pricing page.
