I am organizing the original options on a recently purchased 2027 Buick Enclave. Code 13 appears in the list with the description “Rear axle ratio: 3.73:1. This value describes the final-drive gearing between the driveshaft and the driven wheels” Is that wording complete, or is there usually more equipment associated with the code?

That code should be read as a factory configuration identifier, not necessarily a guarantee of a separate dashboard control. Some equipment operates automatically or is bundled with another system.
